Returns
You have up to Fourteen(14) days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. The items you’re returning should be in their original, unused condition, complete with all tags and labels intact.

Return Process
To begin a return, ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging. Send the return to the following address:

Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will proceed with the return or exchange process. Please allow a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) from the time we receive your item for the return or exchange process to be completed. Depending on your bank, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to reflect to the original payment method used during the purchase.
You’ll receive an email notification once the return process is finished.
Exceptions
The following items unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Accessories (excluding books)
- Gift cards (both physical and digital)
For products that are damaged or defective, please get in touch with us using the contact details below. We’ll work with you to arrange a refund or exchange.
Additional Notes
- Please note that items marked as “Sale” are considered final and are not eligible for returns.
- Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, old, or not in new condition. Changing your mind after making a purchase is not a valid reason for returning an item.
